2024 Season Info

HOW TO REGISTER FOR BRJB

1. LOCATE A CURRENT HEADSHOT OF THE PLAYER(S) YOU ARE REGISTERING. To complete the registration process, you must upload a current headshot. The coach's book will use the photo to certify players before every game.

2. COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION. 

3. COMPLETE PHYSICAL. Download the physical form and have it completed by your family doctor or chiropractor. BRJB's Physical Night wrapped up in May, and there will not be another one this season. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out. Athletes will not be allowed to participate in practice until this has been completed.

4. ATTEND DOCUMENTATION DAY. On July 14th, we will collect all required documents, and once all documents are collected, gear will be distributed. Required documents include:

fAMILY EXPECTATIONS

VOLUNTEER

Required 10 hours per child (20hr max per family). A mandatory $250 deposit is collected in the form of 2 $125 checks at the beginning of the season. See the Volunteer section for complete details. 

FUNDRAISING

All families must participate in our annual fundraiser. More information will be distributed during the regular season

EQUIPMENT

A mandatory $250 check will be collected as a deposit for the BRJB provided shoulder pads, helmet, game jersey, practice jersey, and gear bag.*

UNIFORM

Each football player is also responsible for providing their own cleats, mouth guard, and black (integrated with pads) football pants.*

Practice Information

All football and cheer practices take place on the Bear River High School fields. 

Practice schedules are as follows:         

July 15th- August 8th - MONDAY through THURSDAY 6-8:30 pm        

August 13th- October 17th - TUESDAY through THURSDAY, 6-8 pm*                                                                            

*Practices will be extended to accommodate teams that go to play-offs and Championships through Nov. 9th  

PARENTS- Do not go on the field during practice. Sacramento Youth Football (SYF) rules and our insurance policy strictly prohibit anyone who is not badged from SYF from being on the field. Please walk along the sidelines to get to and from your team stations.  

DOGS -Do not bring your dogs to practice. It is against the School district's policy to have dogs on campus. You will be asked to take the dog off school grounds. The only exception is service animals, which must be registered with the district. Comfort animals are NOT allowed; the dog must provide a service.


gAME DAY INFORMATION

All games are played on Saturdays. The schedule is a set schedule for each Saturday. 

The schedule is as follows:       

 8u: 10 am        

10u: 12 pm       

12u: 2 pm       

14u: 4 pm  


Gate fees are as follows for all standard games (not including jamboree or playoffs):            

General Admission (12+): $6        

 Child Admission (2-11): $4         

Senior Admission (60+): $4         

Infant Admission (under 2): Free
